Refund policy
Return Policy: All purchases from Posies and Petals Co are final sale. Products are not available for return or exchange. Please see next paragraph for specific instructions regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us immediately at wreathrequests@gmail.com with a photograph if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be sure to take a photograph immediately upon receiving incorrect, damaged, or defective item. Posies and Petals Co will not be responsible for refunding damaged items after 7 days following reception of orders(s). The 7-day period begins on the date the order arrived as determined by the postal carrier tracking information.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
