All orders are processed within 5-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Subject to change depending on potential delays due to a high volume of orders, postal service problems, or inclement weather delays.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Posies and Petals Co offers free shipping for orders over $100). For multiple shipping options, you can list carrier options, prices, and delivery times in a table.

International Shipping
Posies and Petals Co does not offer International Shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at wreathrequests@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Posies and Petals Co does not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges.
Return Policy: All purchases from Posies and Petals Co are final sale. Products are not available for return or exchange. Please see next paragraph for instructions if you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us immediately with a photograph if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Posies and Petals Co will not be responsible for refunding damaged items after 7 days following reception of orders(s). The 7-day period begins on the date the order arrived as determined by the postal carrier tracking information.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at wreathrequests@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
